Rules on Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds into ks888: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through major banks in Bangladesh.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method)
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly
- Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframes
Withdrawals can be made using the same method that was used to deposit. Important information regarding withdrawals:

Terms for Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New ks888 users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Bonus calculation examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000
The bonus is given only once and applies only to an account's first deposit.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a specified amount of bets must be completed. ks888's wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
- The deadline to meet wagering requirements will be counted from the day the bonus is received
- Whether bonus bets apply to specific games will be stated in the detailed description of the offer
- Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus funds being forfeited
4.3 Preventing Bonus Abuse
ks888 monitors bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming the same bonus offer on multiple accounts
- Using artificial betting strategies to meet bonus requirements
- Sharing bonuses with third parties
If such activity is detected, ks888 has the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and winnings and close the account.
4.4 VIP Program
ks888's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Through regular play, users naturally progress to higher VIP tiers. VIP cashback terms may change.
Rules for Gaming & Betting Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
ks888 believes in fair play. All games on our platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are completely prohibited:
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Operating a betting strategy across multiple accounts

5.2 Bet Cancellation & Changes
A bet that has been accepted and confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, ks888 reserves the right to cancel or change a bet in the following cases:

- If the event is abandoned or postponed
- If a bet is placed based on clearly incorrect information
In such situations, the original amount of any cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account.
